Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification.

MY SIZE ISN’T AVAILABLE IN THE WEBSHOP, CAN I STILL ORDER IT?

If a certain item isn’t available in a particular size in the webshop, it is (temporarily) out of stock and can therefore not be ordered. This size may come back in stock at a later stage.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you send your order you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. You can use this to view the status of your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel placed orders as these are processed automatically in our system. Once you have received the order, you can return it. If you wish to receive the item in a different size or colour, you can also exchange the item (if in stock).

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE

You can enter your discount code when completing your order. If the discount code and invoice amount do not concur, you should pay the remaining amount using one of the payment methods.
