SECURED PAYMENT
In the Phatoak online shop you can pay safe and online with iDEAL, PayPal, Creditcard ór by Banktransfer. These online payments will be processed via our secured payment environment.

iDEAL
iDEAL is a joint initiative of Dutch banks only (Rabobank, ABN Amro, ING Bank, Postbank, SNSbank, SNS Regio Bank, ASN Bank and Friesland Bank) and can only be used by customers with a Dutch bank account.
How does iDEAL work?
In order to pay your order, click the iDEAL logo. The link will lead you to the secure payment environment. Choose your bank and you will automatiucally be directed to your own online banking system. You sign as you’re used to when making an online payment at your own bank. The iDEAL payment will be settled within minutes. We receive a confirmation online, and therefore a rapid process of your order is possible.

PAYPAL
To use PayPal as a payment method, you need te create a PayPal account on the PayPal website www.paypal.com. You can link your bank account or creditcard to this online account and so you can make safe money transfers. Paying with PayPal is free of charge at Phatoak. The payment methode will be settled within minutes. We receive a confirmation online, and therefore a rapid process of your order is possible.
Please note; For a payment with a PayPal account, your delivery address with the order must be the same as your address registered within your PayPal account / shown at your payment. You can add several delivery addresses witin your account though. When these addresses are not the same, we can not send out your parcel. This is to protect credit card owners from fraud with their card. In this case we will contact you.

CREDITCARD
Paying with your credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX) will also be settled in the secure environment of our payment environment. You will automatically find all available options online and will be guided through the payment, as soon as you enter the credit card option.

Please note; For payments with a credit card, your delivery address with the order must be the same as your address registered with the credit card. This is to protect credit card owners from fraud with their card.
When the payment will not pass the credit card fraud check, we will contact you and check for extra details, to clear the payment. The payment will be settled within minutes. We receive a confirmation online, and therefore a rapid process of your order is possible.

BANK TRANSFER
You can pay by banktransfer via your own online banking system, after placing an order. All details of this payment will be mentioned in the order confirmation, which you receive by e-mail within minutes after booking your order. The arrival of your payment on our bank account, can take up to a few days, depending of the bank and the country.
After we have received your payment on our bank account, we will process and dispatch your parcel as soon as possible, within 5 days.
Please note;
* Banktransfer costs are for your own account.
* We have a payment term of 10 days. When we don’t receive your payment within this term, we will first send a reminder before cancelling your order.
