If an article doesn’t fit or is not as expected, it can be returned or exchanged. Pls send us within 14 days an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the following information:

Once we received your email, we will send you a confirmation. After the confirmation you can send the articles on your account to:

If you exchange an item, Phatoak will pay for the exchanged item’s delivery charges, one time only.
If you return an item, following receipt of the returns, the purchase price and delivery charges (not including the costs of return), will be deposited in your account within 14 days.
If you receive goods that are damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs, please contact us within 4 days at email@example.com. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items, Phatoak will make a full refund to you, including shippingcosts. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Bought articles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. The product will be only accepted when it’s unused, unwashed, with all labels and packaging to be returned to Phatoak. After 14 days the bought is final. Shipment risks and charges for returns lie with the purchaser. Phatoak advises customers to send returned items by registered post. Returns with insufficient postage or where no postage has been paid will not be accepted by us.
If the new article is more expensive than the returned product, than there will be an extra charge required. If the new article is cheaper than the returned product, Phatoak will deposit the remainder within 10 days into your account.
If our exchange and returns conditions are not met, we retain the right to return shipments to you and to charge on the delivery costs.
